Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Each night of the show has its own vibe. Thursday, you can expect to see people dressed edgy, Friday you can expect to see a family-friendly environment, and Saturday you can expect everyone decked out in their best outfits. Dress however makes you feel the most comfortable and empowered, while also being appropriate for each show. Jeans are generally only acceptable on Friday night, unless they are nice jeans.

  • All shows will have two bars that accept cash and electronic payment. We will also have $10 charcuterie cups available for purchase. Each show will also have a unique food truck for each night.

  • Pay attention to the screens as the models walk - the designer will be listed there for you! Use this information to find the designer's website or social media and purchase directly from them. Some designers will be in the lobby of The Dome starting at doors open to sell pieces, so come early to shop! Some pieces shown on the runway are art, and therefore are not available for purchase.

  • Model casting happens throughout the year. Please fill out the model form found on the FWR website and email with photos to meghanmundy@aol.com. Interested designers can send a portfolio to meghanmundy@aol.com. Interested volunteers can email kcummins@centerforyouth.net. Interested sponsors can reach out to espaull@centerforyouth.net.

  • Photos from the show will be posted to the FWR website under "Photos" following the show.

  • We have hired professional photographers to shoot the show. No professional camera equipment outside of our FWR contracted professionals will be allowed. If you are a designer and will have a photographer with you as one of your two assistants, please email meghanmundy@aol.com for a press pass.
