In its tenth year, Fashion Week Rochester returns Monday, October 14th through Saturday the 19th featuring six nights of runway shows highlighting local & national designers, retailers, community leaders and talent. The annual fundraiser for The Center for Youth attracts thousands of people to the city and raises funds and awareness for youth homelessness, youth shelters and emergency programs. Each runway performance is dedicated to a program that benefits young people.

Fashion Week 2019 runway shows:

Monday, October 14th – A Family Affair early evening Runway Show

  • A show dedicated to families featuring young people, multi-generational families and expectant mothers.

Tuesday, October 15thAfternoon Rendezvous Runway Show & luncheon

  • The afternoon lunch show features Rochester City Fire Department Firefighters, Rochester City Ballet, area college presidents and more.

Wednesday, October 16thLead the Way Runway Show

  • Our third annual runway show that is free to school-aged students (ages 12-18) with community leaders, personalities and business people joining together on the runway. 

Thursday, October 17th Walk & Roll Runway Show

  • The night that takes fashion to the edge with RIT School of Design student designs, drag queen talent, Mary Therese Friel collaborations and more.

Friday, October 18th Runway to Rochester Runway Show

  • A stand-out evening featuring a signature collection honoring Congresswoman Louise Slaughter, designed by Hickey Freeman’s Vice President of Technical Design, Jeffery Diduch and a collection inspired by Rochester city landmarks designed by members of the Rochester Chapter of American Institute of Architects (AIA)

Saturday, October 19thFabulous Finale Runway Show

  • Always the most anticipated show, Fashion Week’s final show of 2019 will feature bridal, veterans, regional designs and more.

Fashion Week Rochester shines a light on emerging and well-known designers in support of The Center for Youth programs & services. In its 10th year, Fashion Week provides crucial funding necessary to provide safe and stable housing to young people and operate crisis services for families and children, including an expanded Crisis Nursery location and an LGBTQ homeless & trafficked youth shelter scheduled to open later this year.
